I also have a carbon steel wok I tried using on the glass top electric stove, still not worth it. I was gifted an outdoor propane wok burner and it absolutely kills it with the carbon steel wok. You just don't get the real wok benefits with a huge heavy cast iron wok on a glass top electric burner imo.”
