You just have to ignore to I-Fit start up- there is a small manual start indicator in the upper right of the small screen. Also I don’t need a video in from of me when I perform my cardio- I walk at a brisk pace for an hour at an incline. During my cardio I frequently hold on to the side bars. No problem. Also it important to do proper maintenance on you unit- a little silicone spray every three months is fine.”
