First unit had issues and had to RMA but support was responsive and got a new one in a few days, no issues since. They have a very good quality/price but keep googling, seeing yt reviews etc to make sure it fits what you are looking for... and your budget”

+2 pts“bought and tested this one out against my aoc q27g3xmn. Did not love this one. Better look, better specs, but worse HVA panel. Not sure what panel is used in the KTC, but it smears and ghosts so bad compared to the AOC. It smears worse on lower overdrive settings, and has worse overshoot on higher overdrive settings. Its so noticeable, that even when I was doing normal things on my desktop like moving my webpages around, id see smear trails on icons and such on the webpage. Reading light text over dark backgrounds was also worse on the KTC. If anything, it led me to be more impressed by the AOC Q27G3XMN because it truly does not have alot of those issue. The only thing I felt was better on the KTC was VRR flicker was better managed. The level of smearing and ghosting is to be expected of a sub 200$ VA monitor, but at this price mount of 280-350$....i was unimpressed and disappointed.”
