I don't think you can even notice it. And the walnut finish on the speakers almost matches the walnut stain on my home built stand. Hopefully my neighbors in my new apartment don't hate it.”

+3 pts“Your choices are wait for the Q950 replacement and be out $0 and have a speaker setup or send back the whole order at a cost of $650 to you and have more headaches. Keep it kind by trying to refund the order, you’re also sending back that damaged Q950 to them along with everything else. The headache is going to be having to deal with them trying to blame you for that damage. I’d have tried to get someone on the phone or email chain confirming that they needed to send the replacement ASAP before initiating a refund of the whole order. You still can I’m pretty sure. The failure of service on Acc4Less was the lack of a speedy replacement, the damaged speaker wasn’t their fault as that was a shipment carrier issue as everything else arrived fine.”
