“I’d get the EliteFTS. It’s not sexy and the influencers don’t get them for free, so you won’t see them pimping them, but it’s the real deal. The Prime and Buki are stupid expensive and if you want a show piece, sure. The Rep is pimped by people who don’t do the exercise at the level they do it at EliteFTS, and I haven’t seen any videos of heavy powerlifters using it. I believe the Marrs Bar is more of a squat replacement than a true SSB, and also stupid expensive. I have the Titan V2 but they pulled a Titan on the V3 and screwed up the angles, so I’d skip that.”
“The only reason to go EliteFTS is if you want to support MIUSA or EliteFTS. I'd go Rep. Mostly for the nicer finish and proper sleeves. If you go EliteFTS I'd go with the black finish. Their clear finish is pretty awful. Mine ended up looking my toilet after a night of Taco Bell. The weight argument is pretty silly. If the Rep is good enough for Chad Smith (poverty squat, only 970 lbs) I think it'll be good for most of us.”
