Best praise vs top criticism for Dell U3223QE
“Are you going to try any BenQ monitors? According to their website, they are TUF certified and focused on reducing eye strain. I'm happy with my DELL 3223QE at the moment for productivity, but I'm looking for a monitor that can also be used for some casual strategy and racing games. My eyes are on the BenQ EX271U, but like you, I don't want to get eyestrain.”
“Would look at the regular IPS ones if I were you. I wouldn't grab the Dell U3223QE because that's a lot of money to pay for a 60Hz 4k IPS screen unless you really wanted the extra contrast since its IPS black, so double the contrast at like 2000 compared to 1000 with regular IPS. Personally I'd rather have 144hz even for productivity over extra contrast, so I'd look at stuff like the Dell G3223Q, Gigabyte M32U, BenQ EX3210U ones you listed. The LG 32GR93U-B and MSI MAG 323UPF should also be pretty good. They're all very similar overall though, so I wouldn't pay a lot for one over the other unless one has a specific feature you want like the Gigabyte with the KVM. There's some reviews here of a few of them.
