Alienware AW3425DW

“I bought 3425dw and had to return it because of eye strain. It was the worst return I ever did and it was not even a RMA. Supposedly their courier was supposed to come collect the monitor at my home, but the first problem was that they didn't give me a return label, I had to go back and forth multiple emails to finally have one, then their courier never came, said I wasn't home when I clearly was. I had to escalate the issue and make multiple calls until they finally sent someone, after that they received the monitor 3-4 days after the pickup but the tracking was still stuck on "prepare for pickup someone will get your return" when the package clearly arrived. I had to email them again and wait another 15 days to finally get my refund. Almost 2 months of back and forth with an useless support at almost every step of the return to make a return. I almost missed my return window thanks to their bullshit of delaying the pickup, the courrier picked up the package once the 30 days had passed (even tho I asked for the return way before that). And mind you this was only a return, I can't even imagine what would their support be like for a defective product”
