“Hey, I’m also having problems with the winkbed luxury firm. I honestly think I’m gonna send it back the bed has caused back and shoulder pain for 2 weeks, it’s total garbage. I plan to send it back once the trial is up. $1500 is way too much to spend on a mattress you have to put a topper on also the luxury firm is imo a 8/10 firmness and the firm was 10/10 firmness. Luxury firm is still really hard the softer I laid on earlier was still like a 7/10 so imo their mattress just run firm.
