Best praise vs top criticism for Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls
“You can't or your therapist can't dry needle your neck? My PT didn't actually put the needle in my neck. Areas you notice are not always the area causing the pain or abnormality. She worked on my trapezius area and my shoulders to fix my neck. Another example is fixing my side ab issue involved my back, glutes, and inner thigh connection area. It could be worthwhile to find a PT person who has a lot of rock climber clients because they will have a lot of experience with that area. The tennis ball might be too hard. I use Yoga Tune Up balls because they have some give and are a little grippy, so they pull the muscle more. I initially got them for rolling my feet when I used to have plantar fasciitis. I feel for my upper body, it's good maintenance after the release.”
“Agreed. Op didn't mention yoga balls but did mention they thought a lacrosse ball would hurt too much. Just providing alternative options Op may not have thought about.”
