Best praise vs top criticism for Kieba Massage Lacrosse Balls for Myofascial Release
“Oh yes, once you body experienced that freedom to move, you can’t unsee it anymore lol I recently fell in love with easing the tight areas using myofascial balls and foam rollers. Find that it helps to go into the deeper layers of muscle fibres within or without a stretch after the rolling. It tends to be painful (the very dull soreness kind of pain) when you first do it, but does get better over time which is a good sign. Or maybe it’s painful cos I like to use the spiky foam rollers and super hardcore lacrosse balls which my teacher always say can be used as a weapon 😂 You can try with a softer ball / roller or if you are willing to spend, a theragun is pretty gentle yet still effective!”
“Sorry if you’ve already tried this and this suggestion is annoying, but have you tried any type of regular myofascial release? I’m usually super tight too and stretching never helped much until I started foam rolling and using lacrosse balls.”
