“From my hours of research for something I don't need, I would go searwood. I really want one... but I am also a bit of a Weber fanboy. I do have the old version of the Traeger Ironwood, and it is a great smoker, but not so good at searing. If you only have the 1, I think the searwood is a solid option.”
