“Same boat as you, never had a pellet grill until this last summer when I plunged on the Weber Searwood 600 XL. I have zero regrets, zero issues, and zero idea what I’m doing half the time. They make it so easy I feel that the issues that come up could be user error. Maybe I have one regret… I didn’t know how XL this one was and don’t foresee me in the future needing this much rack space.
