“I know that a $1000 pellet grill will last longer than a $250 but honestly you are paying for better quality steel and construction.  Will a $2000 pellet grill make better food than a $1000 pellet grill?  I don't think so.  It might make more food, but I don't think it makes better food. I have a Grilla silverbac.  I found it to be (on sale) the best intersection of big enough without being too big.  Build well enough to go a decade or more. And priced that I could afford it. That said, IMO my $250 Facebook marketplace Vision kamado makes better food.  Pellet it just handy as an over in summer so I don't heat the house up.”
