I have an older iFloor model that simply needed a new belt because a few of the teeth on it got worn off. I couldn't find the part on their website or anywhere else so I messaged their customer service and they gave me the run-around to ultimately inform me that they do not sell any internal replacement parts. The only solution they have me was to send the entire machine to their repair team for a <$10 part that could fit in an envelope.”
