+1 pts“Not sure about this one in particular, but I got a Tineco A11 and it's been great. My only real complaint is that it only has single stage cyclonic filtering, so the pre motor filter gets dirty pretty quick, usually after two sessions it needs cleaning. Other than that it's great.”

+4 pts“I ran into the battery issue, too, with the A11 Hero (I tried the trick of taking it on and off the charger but it never worked and I tried for days). When I replaced it with a Miele canister I realized that the Tineco never actually cleaned my floors very well. I picked up so much the first time I vacuumed with the Miele and it has never been that bad since. The Tineco main filter (in the A11 the one in the bin) was always filthy even after only 1-2 uses. The Tineco had mediocre suction even when it was new but it got significantly worse within a year and I cleaned that filter every other use and followed all instructions (why I decided not to bother getting a new battery or trying again with them). I would have to empty the bin multiple times to get through my home and the Miele bag lasts me 4+ months.”
