If you're on a budget, try S9 FE 8 GB. I think Tab S8 is overkill from you. I have it, rarely draw, but use it for videos and multitasking, love it.”

I would get a tab S9 on the android side which will give you a an amazing AMOLED display or if you want an apple get an older M1 iPad pro for the high refresh rate display. If you want a cheaper tablet get something like the Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7 on AliExpress in the black Friday sale.”
