“I did this squat stand to half rack conversion. It’s great!  Then I got 30inch 3x3 crossmembers with holes, so now I have an RML-390f flat foot rack. Still able to do stuff inside and use the uprights for weight storage. Just have to get creative as to what goes where.  I also use the front uprights for a VTS-clone. ”

“I'm 6'1" and my reach is like 1-2" too high to do standing shoulder presses inside the 90" [RML-390F](https://www.roguefitness.com/rml-390f-flat-foot-monster-lite-rack). Very annoying because I have plenty of room for even 108" uprights but it's not worth the cost/hassle for me to switch it all out.”
