tldr; Best bang for buck Rogue. 3x3 uprights with 5/8 holes, same quality as full racks. Saves space, not capability.

Best praise vs top criticism for Rogue Monster Lite Half Rack
“I have a monster lite rack, wanted to have a clean space efficient way to store my micro gainz plates. They are super light, <1.25lbs each so 3D print holds them just fine. The spacing is close enough that nobody could even store a 2.5 lb plate on there. I pretty pleased with it as it's only my second custom creation. Here's the file incase anyone else wants to print it: [https://makerworld.com/en/models/957782#profileId-927021](https://makerworld.com/en/models/957782#profileId-927021)”
“Moved cities and didn't have a convenient gym so decided to create a home gym late last year. We had a roughly 10 x 14 ft space to use for the project. Has cost about 9.5k in total but half of that is the peloton and pepin dumbbells so easy to save money on a set up if you don't want those luxuries. 1 - This is our first set up after installing flooring (3/8th inch) and the rack (rogue monster lite half rack). Rack and flooring was purchased new but the plates and barbell were second hand on craigslist, randomly got very lucky. 2 - Already owned a peloton and some calesthenics equipment which we moved into the corner. Rep adjustable bench is super solid and was a great addition to the rack. Rogue dip attachment is in the back (it gets used a lot but we don't have a great storage solution and can't keep it on the rack when not in use). 3 - The rogue fleck plates are awesome but I hate 55 and 35 lb plates so we ditched those. We picked up some cheap change plates and a small dumbbell set off amazon. 4 - We have some spud inc attachments and pulleys at the top of the rack by this point. I was worried about deadlifiting on just 3/8in rubber (even with the bumpers) so we got some additional 1/2in tiles to deadlift on. 5 - Replacement bumpers for the original rogue set we decided to sell arrived, we went with bells of steel since they were cheapest but still reputable. I would not bother with a 10 lb bumper in the future but my wife says she uses it. Also decided to flip the peloton around to protect the screen from being hit by the barbell accidentally. 6 - Installed a mirror and also purchased a box fan which may be the single most important addition to the gym. Also shows a closet in the gym where odds and ends are stored. 7 - Inside the closet are our lifting shoes, dip belt, foam roller, yoga mats, squat wedges, ab roller, wrist straps, bands, towels (another high yield gym accessory), grippers. 8 - Peppin adjustable dumbbells! These things are awesome, very nice addition to the gym. Shipping took forever but well worth the wait. 9 - Our old peloton got discontinued so we got the new model with the swivel screen. Peloton gets a lot of use but we were disappointed about being strong armed into the upgrade. 10 - Needed some more weight (getting too stronk) so went to bells of steel for a set of 45s and ended up picking up used monolifts and some mag pins. 11 - The rack as it is today with monolifts installed.”
