I like my e20. I accidentally ended up with both that and a top of the line. I robot Roomba. Even with both I use the cheap E20 every day- for a few different reasons. It is way way quieter. And I think the suction is a lot better. It seems to get so much stuff every time it cleans. I’m shocked. Even after I’ve had my house, professionally cleaned and vacuumed. I also like that the map shows you where the vacuum went. And the bagless is so great and satisfying to see what got collected. At First I was like Gross., “Why is it clear?” and now I get all excited every time I hear the sound and go to see what it found. It is way way quieter than my I robot. I would never run that I robot when I’m home. It was also $600 cheaper than the I robot. But I have both now so that’s not why I would use it obviously. Definitely some downsides though. The Maps are definitely a little finicky. And my biggest complaint is that if you move the base and sometimes if you don’t, the map gets deleted, and to have to start over. No biggie there. It definitely gets stuck more than my I robot. And it eats the fringe on my antique silk Carpet which the other one never did. I have a little trouble getting the canister back in but it could be because I have it under a counter. So I can’t quite drop it directly from the top easily. And inside the pieces looked to be quality, except for this one little plastic piece. I worry about, but seems to be fine after nine months. So, go for it

Weird, mine mapped right away. I actually like it so much that I bought an e20 for my upstairs, but that wouldn't connect to the app at all and it had to be sent back. Hoping it was just a one-off issue, but we'll see when the new one arrives probably next week.
