Best praise vs top criticism for Roborock S6
“I'm going to be biased since I own (and love) two Roborocks. I have an S6, which I recently moved to the second floor and upgraded to the Qrevo Master. My downstairs is all tile/hardwood, and the Master does an incredible job. The app is easy to navigate and very intuitive. The suction power is great. The robot is quiet. I do keep my floors tidy, but I have a cord that runs 10' or so to plug in one of our lamps. It's only gotten caught on it two times in the 2 months it's been running. I do hear great things about Dreame - but can't contribute anything. I would avoid shark based on most of the feedback I see in these forums.”
“My only faulty robot vacuum was a Roborock S6 which had constant bumper stuck/'error 2'. It rarely completed a run without restarting the run several times. When I looked into it there were so many people with the same issue. The worst part was that it was a common issue on the S4,S5,S6,S7 - four generations released without solving the issue. They eventually fixed it, but I wouldn't want another Roborock after seeing how they swept that issue under the rug and continued to release new models with the same problem. With that being said all models from all brands can have issues. Some are genuine issues and some are misunderstandings. The main thing is to buy from a store with a good return policy”
