Part of why I went with the Curv, it has a dual conical roller system with a hole in the middle, literally have never had a clump in the near year of ownership. Same cannot be said for the 10 robots that came before it. I’d look for vacuums with similar brushes/rollers. Robot vacs aren’t really meant for long hair or starting from a mess, they are maintenance devices to elongate time between manual cleaning. I run mine every day, and I still manually vacuum and mop nearly every day - but mainly because my house is all tile, we have guests over constantly, and I have 3 kids and 4 dogs. If I don’t clean this much, I can’t even walk barefoot in my house. Hope this helps a little at least.”
