“"break" My henry has been pretty breaky. Weak point is where the angled plastic hose end joins the wand. That's split on me several times (I have two henry's). Rented a cottage and it had a james. Sure enough the exact part was broken and held together by duct tape so it's not "just me". I've also had the main hose snap off at the canister and once it just stopped working, still not sure why but took it apart and cleaned it and it started working again. Luckily it's fairly easy/cheap to get replacement parts. A minor annoyance with the henry is that the attachments only fit the wand not the end of the hose where you might want it for stuff like cleaning cars or furniture. This handy little attachment fixes that. I got one for both of the attachments (the mini head and the crevice tool) and they just live on the attachment.
