“It really depends on what you’re doing and what you need. I still use my B7 from 2017 and I don’t think it’s noticeably worse than either of my Sony A80Ls for watching stuff through a Firestick. Now for my full media set up and gaming my A80L is better and more future proofed, but a lot of people wouldn’t notice any difference. Now as far as Samsung, I personally stay away because the lack of Dolby Vision, but many people don’t care about that. If you’re looking to save on the G4 then I’d tell you to look for a G3 or G2 since there have been no major updates to the tech since really the G1.”
