The issue is that the TV installation (normally $200) was free with the purchase at LG.com. Little did I know, even though it was free, I needed to order it. I found this out after I placed the order but before it was delivered. They refused to add it to the order, or credit me the value. I'll think twice before ordering direct from LG again.”
