Best praise vs top criticism for Eufy X8 Pro
“It's the Eufy for me... The X10 pro has been amazing. Instead of moving vacuums from floor to floor I have 3 and all Eufy. X10 pro omni on 1st level, X8 pro ses on 2nd level and L60 ses in the basement. All are fantastic. I hear things about batteries failing but I haven't experienced that and I've had them for quite some time. Oh Eufy customer service has been spot on. Good luck”
“We just got back from CES 2025, and let’s just say: if you love robot vacuums, this is the year to watch. Here’s our deep dive into the event: **1. Robotic Arms on Robot Vacuums** * **Roborock Saros Z70** stole the show with a 5-axis robotic arm (OmniGrip Technology). It can pick up items under 300 grams, using sensors, a camera, and an LED light to identify and move objects. Is it the next big step or just a fad? We’ll be testing it thoroughly soon. **2. Saros 10 & 10R with Retractable LiDAR** * **Roborock** also introduced two variations with upgraded obstacle avoidance (StarSight 2.0) and a unique retractable LiDAR system. That means a slim profile without sacrificing top-mounted scanning—definitely a neat trick. **3. Dreame’s Big Year** * **Dreame** answered back with their own 400g capacity robotic arm and the **X50 Ultra**. Key features? A Pro Leap system for higher threshold clearance, dual brush rolls, retractable LiDAR, and an innovative multi-mop dock that automatically swaps different mopping pads. **4. SwitchBot’s Fusion Platform** * They unveiled the **K20+**, a modular setup that can attach everything from air purifiers to tablet stands. A real DIYer’s dream if you’re into 3D printing and custom mods. **5. Other Notable Mentions** * **Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni** uses a rolling mop head similar to **Tineco’s** upright floor washers. * **Eureka J15**, with extendable sweeping and mopping arms, features Intelliview AI 2.0 which can detect transparent liquid spills. * **Eufy E20** has a detachable cordless vacuum base. Versatile, but the suction might not rival flagship power. * **Narwal Flow**: a first roller-mop from Narwal with twin-edge obstacle avoidance. * **3i** introduced the **P10 Ultra** and **G10+**: Edge-mopping system and debris compression, respectively. * **Tineco** showed off the **Floor One S9 Artist Steam** with advanced cleaning features, an upgrade to the **Floor One Stretch S6**. If you want to share your thoughts on which of these innovations might stick around, let us know. We’ll be posting full reviews and test results throughout the year! Be sure to check our [website](https://vacuumwars.com/ces-2025/) throughout the week for more CES news.”
