“Dreame’s after market customer support is nonexistent. They will not honor their warranty and no extended warranty will work if it breaks under the original warranty. It was a nightmare of an experience for over eight months fighting with Dreame and my vacuum never got fixed. Eufy sent me a brand new replacement immediately. In the U.S. where we have terrible consumer protection laws and Dreame knows it, it is throwing your money away to buy one of their products.”
