I'm pretty furious at every review praising this piece of crap to be honest. I'm never again trusting vacuum wars. This robovac is truly worse in navigation than my 4 year old ecovacs T8. Not to mention the horrible app with terrible English all over it. How hard is it to hire someone that's proficient in English ffs.”

+3 pts“I’ve done a lot of research too because my second Ecovacs T8 just died… likely a battery issue, same as the first, but Ecovacs doesn’t sell OEM replacement batteries, and the generic battery I tried from Amazon had the same problem. I also came to the conclusion that Eufy E25 is one of the best in its price range, but in my case, I ordered a Eufy E20 because this if for my carpeted floor and I don’t need mopping. I like that Eufy sells OEM replacement batteries in case I need one in a few years, and I also wanted to try something else because I was sick of my Ecovacs randomly deleting its map every couple months. It’s wild to me that my Ecovacs had that issue for years and Ecovacs never bothered to fix it. Seems like Eufy is better about improving their software over time and not just leaving software bugs to annoy you forever.”
