Additionally, because Apple forces app devs to make their apps specifically for iPad OS, they're actually designed for tablet use. Not all Android apps work well on tablets because they're typically just the phone app blown up for a bigger screen. Many Android apps don't even have a landscape format, and need to be artificially forced to rotate. That said, a good Android tablet is comparable if not better in most ways, and access to a real file manager means they function much more like a PC/laptop replacement than an iPad will. I have a OnePlus Pad 2, which is quite a nice device.”

+1 pts“Would oneplus pad 2 change for the Xiaomi. In terms of providing updates and all the ecosystem around it ipad has no one to face off. All the Mx tablets from apple are too powerful for the work apple is enabling them. So u should be set for the future. I can't say anything about the battery life. Reasons why I didn't go for the ipad air m2 but instead the oneplus was i got it for 250€ less including pen, folio and it had a better display. All my devices run 120hz+ and i couldn't settle for less. It's bigger than the base ipad air and has larger pixel density. But it has ike the ipad air a lcd display. I have flexcil on it for editing pdf, writing notes. Compared to my ipad 6th gen+notability in terms of writing experience it's the same. Watching streams is enjoyable. Battery life is excellent. It's not a fair to compare it to my old ipad 6th gen. But my new tablet is obviously better in every way. It supports 67w charging. One strange thing is it doesn't feature GPS?! In the end I weighed the screen+price+charging speed over service+(better but not significantly better) performance. If ipad air had an 120hz display not even oled i would have picked it no questions asked.”
