I have the same problem as you and the bidet cleans up 99.9 percent every time. I do a wet wipe once I run the dryer and I’m always clean. "I have a Toto S7A washlet. I did a lot of research and I believe the high-end Toto washlets are the best you can get. Not sure what the sink has to do with it. You would get the water supply from the same one feeding the toilet. You wouldn't want to use hot water straight from the hot water supply anyway. Get a bidet seat that heats up the water internally. You will need a GFCI outlet beside the toilet. Don't be cheap. Get the outlet installed by an electrician if you have to. Buy the best bidet seat that you can afford. You're going to sit on this thing every day for the rest of your life. I bought an S7A washlet seat and a Toto Aquia IV one piece toilet and the Toto auto-flush unit to go with it. I had an electrician install a proper, dedicated GFCI outlet as recommended by the manufacturer. All-in-all it was almost $3,000. I would do it again. You get what you pay for. Best Wishes."

"Seems typical (and it happened to me) that once you try these things you get hooked pretty damn quick. You might have to use something other than a toto. I just spent 650 on one that had the blow dryer but it was in combination of some other features I wanted. I think COSTCO had now brought on the "BRONDELL" make. but I know nothing about it. I bought a "cascade" because it had something like an enema feature and it means a stronger water jet when you need it. That can help with constipation I think but it's supposed to "get up there" to clean deeper."
