My new bespoke bidet (Alpha Bidet JX) has one (self-cleaning, antimicrobial) nozzle that adjusts for front and rear use. Once I adjusted the settings correctly, I haven't had any issues. The water goes right where it's needed every time. Before I got the nozzle set up perfectly, I followed up the rear wash with a front wash just to be 100% certain.”
