“Easiest solution is just RDT. If single dosing is what your use is, you will not see any benefits of a deionizer over RDT. Acaia sells an “ion beam”. though it can realistically only be mounted on the exterior of a grinder. which would make your grounds fluffier— but do nothing for your grind chamber and retention. Also Weber EG1 has no deionizer, and doesn’t need one tbh. That said, the new La Marzocco Swans have a very effective and brilliant deionizer built in.”
