+2 pts“I am not convinced a smaller subwoofer is ever better since the larger the driver, the more air you can move to produce more deep bass sounds. Agree that only way you can compensate for reduced size is with gimmicky AI stuff. Same is true for the soundbar itself. My 5 year old Samsung Q80R is obscenely large (48" x 5.5" x 3") and not sleek by today's standards. However, the sound quality more than compares with some of the new smaller soundbars.”
