Best praise vs top criticism for NordicTrack S22i Studio Bike
“I only ride 3x a week but use my Peloton membership daily. I use Peloton for: - Meditation every morning - Sleep meditation every night - Yoga several times a week - Stretching classes several times a week - Mobility classes 1x a week - Foam roller classes - Core (abs) classes several times a week - Strength train 4x a week with free weights (I have a Peloton Guide, the strength programs are phenomenal) If you're strength training in the gym, you can download the Peloton Strength+ App, its a pretty impressive app, and its included with your all access membership. - Treadmill classes (I use my Nordictrack and start the class on my television or start a tread class on my App) - Outdoor walks or runs, there is a large audio library for outdoor workouts. (My goal this year is to run a 10K and I am using the "You can run outdoors" training program.) - Cardio or boxing classes - Pilates and Barre classes When I'm going for a short jog with my dog, a power walk or doing strength training on my own. I like that I can still track my workouts with the "just workout" feature.”
“I’m sure it’s a great treadmill too. We had just bought a NordicTrack treadmill a few months before we got our first Peloton bike back in 2019. It was a nice treadmill, but after having the bike and loving the leaderboard, scenic content & having the full Peloton experience, I hated just using the app on the treadmill. It was a huge bonus that they released Lanebreak and the Entertainment apps a few years later, because those are a game changer for my long runs, ( and funny enough, I never use them on our bike+). Enjoy your new treadmill!”
