Support has always been awesome (I had help centering my belt). I use it almost every day. It really depends on what you're looking for. If you're ok using the app and a non-peloton tread, thats a great option too.”

I do think that’s frustrating but I’m assuming it’s so that commercial users can’t just pay one regular membership fee.
