“Just take the 108s. Easy enough to ski on groomers and if you get powder they’ll be more than enough. Better yet, don’t pack skis and just rent. Great not having to deal with a giant ski bag in Japan.”
“Yeah I guess this is all valid. Denver will suck compared to summit county or something but I’m still incredibly thankful I was able to get a job there and build up my finances right out of college. I do want to add I’m defending Denver the day after my best friend was put down because an obnoxious Denver person couldn’t leash their dog and it ended up mauling mine when mine didn’t take so well to it running at us. It’s hard to do but I just continue to feel so lucky to have had this state available to me, I can’t hate on Denver even though I live in rural summit county now. I still see the same unleashed dogs and “trail dogs” BS out here all the time.”
