“My daughter and I drove up to Jackson for a week a couple of years ago and caught a 40" cycle. Between the quality of the snow and the quality of the company, it's hard to imagine this getting beat. The runner up would be Whistler, spring of '95. I was there by myself. Lucked into my first heli day, and also my first day on fat skis. Met two local girls who loved to party, and had no interest in skiing... We had a few pretty wild nights. It was my first trip out west, and it lived up to expectations in every way. It was a very different trip than Jackson... lol.”

If you are with a ski instructor, at least at Jackson Hole you just skip the lift line and go to the front. I asked him if he would be deeply offended if my buddies and I hired him just to skip the lift line, and never make a single outloud comment on our crappy skiing style. He said 80% of his clients, that come back every year and request his services, want that service and it doesn't bother him in the slightest, LOL.”
