Their customer service is really bad. I had to buy another one from somewhere else, worked OK. FYI: A $10 mic works just fine. MiniDSP wants me to pay to ship it back, pay for the repair and pay to ship it back to me. US to Hong Kong. The taxes are $35. It will must likely be $200 to fix it. Minidsp company sucks. The mic is very deep on the tip for the one that does no work.”
