+1 pts“Started having issues with audio and bass cutting out on our SP8YA after the latest LG TV WebOS update. Took me an hour of frustration and dicking around. What finally worked was the following: 1: disabled 5GHz and "WiFi band management" on our TPLink router. Only 2.4GHz band is available to connect to. FYI I tied making a guest network and that didn't work. 2: reset soundbar by holding the WiFi button for 5-ish seconds 3: Connect to soundbar via Google Home. This step was failing when I had dual-band wifi enabled and clued me in on that being a failure mode. 4: install LG Soundbar app 5: Update 6: Drink a beer while cleaning up all the hair I pulled out Good luck y'all!”
