+5 pts“This, I've noticed that soundbars with a bigger sub usually have better more sophisticated bass. Larger speaker can produce deeper bass at lower volume. It's always the cheap sets with tiny subs that have the stinkiest bass. But other brands are guilty of this, I personally dislike LG and JBL soundbars because even the fancier ones with the bigger subs have way too much bass, but when you dial it back it never sounds right. I guess people just want stinky bass to make watching Netlfix feel like going to the movies, and most brands are happy to oblige.”
