Inspire Fitness FT2 Functional Trainer

“I think it’s the necessary path. The V2 from Ironmaster cannot be avoided… I almost bought a one when I was looking to replace my Amazon death trap somebody gave me when I started my homegym. Finally got the BOS FID 3.0 for a good price. Now that I have the Prime Shorty, the BOS is used specifically for the standing leg curl/extension. The pad is super wide and perfect for that. It’s not a bad bench, not at all… But the Prime is something else. Closer to the Atlantis commercial bench I was using before I isolated myself in my forest. I’ll keep the Prime forever. I’ve tried in a hotel gym a very beaten up first version of the Ironmaster bench. It was a piece of shit. Not that the bench itself was a shit… but it was clearly not sturdy enough for an hotel environment. The customers really beat the shit out of it, and the hotel did not care for the poor bench at all… the whole gym, including a Hoist all in one was in poor shape. In a homegym, that’s a different story… If I have to guess which one will stay or go… Go : - Inspire (you’re ditching the FT2, right?) - BOS Buzzsaw (good bench, but does not stand out) Stay : - Prime (still have to finish the circle with their system? And well it’s a damn good bench) - Ironmaster (you need a common comparison) - Rep (I think you’ll keep this one for a while until something new from Rep comes out… after all Rep is the king of the bench for the people)”
