Best praise vs top criticism for Graco Modes Pramette Travel System
“We have the Graco modes nest travel system and have been happy with it! The stroller seat converts to a bassinet which was great for when he was a newborn. There only thing I wish it had was one hand fold, but there’s only been a time or two I’ve really wished for it. But it’s super easy to use and has held up really well over the past 6 months and we are NOT gentle on it, lol. I love that the car seat it comes with has a single button to adjust the handle rather than having to push both sides. It usually runs about $320 but I think we got it on sale at Target for less than $300?”
“I don't have much to add other than, I did a ton of research on travel systems (reading reviews and comparing features), because I could not figure out what to put on my registry. I first thought that I definitely wanted one that converts to a bassinet, but many had not great reviews, and the baby can only use it for a few months. I then realized that all of those had plastic wheels. I was a nanny and babysitter for about 14 years off and on, and I definitely notice a difference in pushing a stroller with plastic wheels vs. inflated rubber wheels, especially on rough sidewalks, grass, etc. So I went with a jogger travel system, the Graco Modes 3 Lite premium. Baby isn't here yet, so I can't recommend it but the reviews were great!”
