I've had it over a year now, and when it stopped working their customer service sent me a replacement part (the wand) right away. You are supposed to used distilled water in it though as the mist it puts out will have whatever is in your water in the mist.”

When I emailed them today about the delayed shipment I just got an AI response acknowledging it's delayed and they'll try to expedite it. I'm just looking forward to replacing my current Levoit humidifier which currently takes over 15 minutes just to rinse+dry (I do this once a week although they recommend daily to every 3d, and this doesn't even include the white vinegar deep clean they recommend weekly).”
