“I am on my second pellet grill - both CC. Liked my DLX24 so much I got a WWPro36. The smoke box works well and is not really a hassle. I put chunks in when I fore it up, close the vent down when I put meat on, and swap it out every couple of hours. I like everything about my CC including the good veteran discount and customer service. I totally messed up one leg while assembling my DLX, called CC and they sent me a replacement the next day.”
