The idea of shot shaping is also absurd, you can shape a shot just as easily with a game improvement as you can with a players iron. Physics doesn’t care about the type of iron you’re hitting. The only thing you may want is feel. Some GI irons don’t have great feel or it’s hard to know where you hit and it can make it difficult to improve or adjust. But seriously, half the people playing Player’s irons say they like the look over GI irons. What kind of nonsense is that? I’ll hit it with a pool noodle if it gave me better results.”
