“Your desk is too low, raise it a bit more along with your aeron's height. I would recommend getting a headrest if you tend to lean back on your chair. Atlas or Engineered Now makes an aftermarket headrest that matches with the aesthetics and feel of the chair. Like some people have said the Aeron isn't a one size fits all type of chair, it usually requires some adjustments and fiddling to get it just right for your body type. I made some of these modifications to my chair and it is completely perfect for my daily use.”
