Best praise vs top criticism for Black Crows Mirus Cor
“I am a male, 40yo, 230lbs and a former freeski competitor. I'm probs gonna get flamed a bit, but I love the Mirus Cor in the 184. It can be a bit soft and easy to overdrive and it took a day to learn to stay centered. But once I did oh yeah. Anything more than ankle deep...go somewhere else, but skiing trees like a slalom course, carving 40 degree bumps and slashing spring side hits is a hoot.”
“>Short and quick turns This could mean 2 things - short carved or semi-carved turns for which you would want a short sidecut radius (slalom-type ski or Mirus Cor), or old-school short skidded turns, which work better with a longer radius. >playful It's not your fault, but I don't know what this word means in the context of skiing. So many people use it to mean so many different things that it has lost all meaning, like "all mountain". All skiing is supposed to be fun and is therefore inherently playful. If you want tips and tails that don't grab, I wouldn't recommend a race-inspired ski. >downhill speed If you are going 100km/h on snowblades I think you'll be fine on anything. Just please stay far, far away from me.”
