“Sure thing. All of those boots are highly regarded, durable, and dependable. They'll serve you well. I've personally used the Scarpa Zodiac, Asolo 535, and I currently use the Asolo 520. The 520's are the best boots I've ever used. They insulate and breathe. They're very supportive and protective, and they're great for inclement weather, especially when paired with gaiters. I use them regardless of weather. They're extremely versatile, and they're supremely durable. They run a bit narrow, but they're offered in wide. They're 100% worth the money, in my opinion. As long as the upper lasts, I'm going to keep resoling them and using them. If you plan to resole any of the leather boots, never use traditional wax, oil, or grease. They prevent a new sole from adhering. Use only the manufacturer's recommended products.”
