“Exact same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I ordered two SVS pb2000 pros. They shipped FedEx and when they finally arrived, the boxes were in rough shape - FedEx attempted to put them back together again with packing tape. When I opened the boxes I was gutted to see that both subs were damaged. I ordered these through Audio Advice and the good news is they took care of it. I returned the damaged ones and they shipped another set to me. I completely agree with you, if I can avoid FedEx, I absolutely will from now on.”

“I owned a pair of ERA 100, they're really good, but if your room is large they won't fill it correctly like you mentioned, think of a smaller lounge room or bedroom they can. I went straight to x2 Sonos Play 5 and Gen 3 Sub, but our lounge room is large, this little combo kicks some serious butt, I found it all used on facebook mp. Don't buy Sonos retail, Soccer Mums are almost giving it away sometimes.”
