You kind of invalidate your argument by saying that your parents dull knife hasn’t broken, but they don’t care if it cuts poorly. If you’re looking to get a BIFL knife, might as well get a decent knife. Doesn’t have to be super expensive. Victorinox makes great knives.”

And my favorite copper light, a Maratac AAA light with a beautiful warm Nichia 219a (or b?) tint (would have to look it up but is has one the the most beautiful tints IMHO). I left this thing in a leather EDC sleeve and it looks like a ship wreck (some goes for my custom SAK which lives in the same pouch. Need to take pictures when I’m at home.”
