My Klipsch speakers are unbelievable in my theater room and I could not be happier in my decision to go Klipsch.     “Exact same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I ordered two SVS pb2000 pros. They shipped FedEx and when they finally arrived, the boxes were in rough shape - FedEx attempted to put them back together again with packing tape. When I opened the boxes I was gutted to see that both subs were damaged. I ordered these through Audio Advice and the good news is they took care of it. I returned the damaged ones and they shipped another set to me. I completely agree with you, if I can avoid FedEx, I absolutely will from now on.”
